The style of binding you use depends on the purpose of your book. Call

Burst Binding/Perfect Binding
Most paperback books have this style of binding. Books with more than
64pp (depending on the weight of the stock) can be burst or perfect
bound.
Section Sewing
Sewing gives a book extra strength and is useful for reference books
and textbooks.
Case Binding
High quality product with a hard cover.
Wire-o-Binding
Wire coil spine, this allows a book to open flat.
Saddle Stitching
For publications up to 100pp depending on the weight of the paper.
